BAC is a volunteer organization that enriches the lives of young people through sports. Please reach out to any of the BAC Boys In House Board Members, for further information or to express interest. In-House Basketball Positions
Commissioner (filled) – Act as president of the In House Boys Basketball organization. Coordinate the leadership team. Negotiate gym space and costs with the school district and neighboring organizations. Recruit for new volunteers and coaches. Identify the next leader. Represent the sport at BAC board meetings. Keep the BAC president abreast of opportunities, challenges and areas that may require his/her action.
Assistant Commissioner (filled) – Assist the commissioner and recruit to fill open positions, as needed.
Grade Coordinator - Track and publish game stats. Recruit and recommend coaches, if necessary. Modify game and practice schedules, if necessary. Ensure game clocks and score sheets are available each weekend when games are played. Act as a communication conduit for coaches within your assigned grade level. Coordinate set up and tear down of seating for games.

K-2nd Grade Coordinator
Coaches and Asst Coaches – Lead a grade level team. Attend scheduled games and practices. If no coaches are able to attend, communication with team and grade level coordinator is required. Depending upon Covid protocols, may be requried to communicate covid positive test results from your team to coordinator and comissioner.Head Coaches will be supplied with whislte, scoresheets, and clipboard. Any additional coaching tools or equipment will not be provided.
Uniform Manager (filled) – Work with vendor to obtain all grade-level uniforms timely. Distribute uniforms to teams.
Picture Manager – Determine cost effective picture vendor and work with picture vendor to set up picture day and coordinate photo distribution. Promote days where families may take pictures with their own cameras or phones.
Concession Manager – Recruit a team that can decide which products will sell well in our environment and schedule parent/player volunteers to support the effort. Assist with any clean up efforts post game/tournament days. May include concession support every Sunday during the 9th-12th grade season and also on tournament days for all grade level play.
Communications Manager (filled) - Promote the sport through print, image, and video. Manage social media accounts for the Boys In House Boys Basketball program.
