Slowpitch Softball offers the opportunity for girls to play league softball at both a recreational level and a tournament level.

Burnsville plays in the South Metro League-Consisting of Burnsville, Savage, Prior Lake, Eagan, Rosemount, Apple Valley, Bloomington, Richfield, Inver Grove Heights

Slowpitch Rec League offers four levels of play. 

Divisions:

Mites: Grades: K-2 (grade 2 players first year softball experience)

     Game day: Games will be played Wednesdays during the season.

Squirts: Grades: 2-4 (grade 2 with previous softball experience)

        Game day: Games will be played Tuesdays during the season.

Intermediates: Grades: 5-7

      Game day: Games played Thursdays during the season.

Seniors: Grades: 8-12

Game day: Games played Mondays during the season.

Practices will start Late April and  single games will start in May and lead to double headers after 1st week of June. Practice days are determined by the team head coach.  Generally 2 practices per week Mon-Thurs.

We will have 2 Southmetroleague tournaments-Midseason June 12th-14th and End of season July 17th-19th.
