Description: Tournament teams are additional softball opportunities for those players who are looking for extended tournament play at a competitive level of play against teams from outside the South Metro League region, including the Midwest region of the U.S. These tournament team opportunities are in addition to each player's regular BAC Girls Slowpitch Softball team and game/practice schedule.
This is not a requirement to play in the BAC Girls Slowpitch Recreational Spring/Summer Softball League, but another opportunity to play a more competitive game.
There could be (6) tournaments along with additional practice time - practice times determined by the level head coach. Level opportunities will be offered to 12U, 14U, 16U, and 19U (level is determined by age as of Jan 1 of the current registration year). Please see below for birth year/age level requirements:
2024 Season - BAC Girls Slow Pitch Tournament Team Tryouts – Birth Years @ Each Level as of 1/1/2024:
10U: 2013 and 2014
12U: 2011 and 2012
14U: 2009 and 2010
16U: 2007 and 2008
19U: 2004 and 2006
A 10U and 19U offering will be available based on intertest and tournaments available.
If you are interested in playing on the 19U team, please message the tournament coordinator.
*Each player is required to play on their rostered BAC Girls Slowpitch Softball team during the regular season schedule and tournament schedule. Tournament team opportunities are in addition to the regular season commitments.

- June 28-29- Hall of Fame Classic, Watertown, SD (To Be Confirmed) -head out 6/27.
- July 13-14 - Midwest Invitational Tournament, Burnsville, MN
- July 27th - USSSA Girls Slowpitch State Tournament, Burnsville, MN
- August 2-4, USA Softball - Girls Slowpitch Softball Nationals, Location: TBD, South Dakota - Optional per team coach/team

**The Tournament Teams are in addition to a player's regular season BAC Girls Slowpitch Softball team. These teams are more competitive then the regular season teams. Players will be required to practice and play games for each team throughout the 2024 season.
